We also use a full list of vetted professionals such as second shooters, video technicians, audio professionals, and more, to staff your event and maintain our professional standards. We have years of experience framing your event into a timeless memory.
Our approach

Fill out the form
Once you’ve made the correct decision and made up your mind to move forward, you will complete a contact form, and then receive a digital welcome packet. This is where you decide the level of service you would like. After that we send you a proposal to accept.

Meet up and Visit
So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll have a detailed video call to discuss the day and plan everything out. We will also visit the venue and make sure everything is covered.
03.
Game Day
Our dedicated team will get to the venue early and set up the days equipment and our "home base" to work from. We will then meet with you and thoroughly confirm every detail of your event and ensure we capture all the important moments that matter most to you. We have the expertise and resources ready to deliver exceptional results.
04.
Delivering your memories
In approximately two weeks' time, you will receive your beautifully captured memories that will allow you to enjoy and cherish for a lifetime of wonderful memories with those who matter most to you.

This is my first Photo shoot or Video shoot, what should I know?
Trust your Photographer or Videographer. Our job is to capture your event. Always make sure we know the schedule and keep us close.
Should I get a professional sound system for my event?
Several factors decide on getting a professional sound system. We highly recommend it if we are the video company as this ensures good sound on the recording. A sound system is also best if the venue is without one and you would like your audience to hear the event.
How many pictures will I receive?
This depends on the package you purchased, but we will process all the best photos for you.
Are you available outside of Charlotte, NC?
Yes, we travel a lot to different locations to capture Event and Lifestyle events.
Do you do couples photography?
Yes. We can photograph inside or outside. This includes "save the date" photos.
